Since our house flooded, we thought it was a good time to update Carter's bathroom upstairs. It is amazing what a difference, paint, new tile and a new vanity can do to this room. I wish I had before pictures so you could see the transformation. It was strange this morning waking up and finding Carter in his bathroom, for a minute I wondered who's house we were in.

yep, good work. bring your tools when you come for the marathon; i've still got unfinished projects.
That does look really nice! I hope the rest of the house can turn out to be just as nice.
