1. People who don't vote should have to pay the taxes of those of us who do
2. You are not allowed to complain about a problem unless you are willing to work towards a solution (note, this often requires comprimise)
3. I can appreciate that Obama is convinced the Iraq war and the budget crisis are not his fault - I just don't see how saying "I never wanted this to happen" is a solution. One time my nose was broken (through no fault of my own - in a football game) I said "I never wanted this to happen" but my nose was still broken, & I had to get it fixed.
4. If anyone knows the lyrics to "O Canada" please send them my way - my family & I are preparing to move there if Obama gets elected
5. Church callings are easier to accept if the first time you hear about them is from the Bishopric or Stake Presidency - much harder if you've heard about them for weeks in advance from gossipers.
6. The judge in the DC circuit who decided that the 2nd Amendment only applied to States instead of individuals (the 2nd Amendment is in the "Bill of Rights" which for over 200 years have been read as applying to individuals - that's why, for example, we have to have a 14th Amendment to require the states to do what the 4th Amendment requires the federal government to do) should be required to write the definition of Stare Decisis on the chalkboard 1 million times, or at least until he figures out what it means.
7. I can't understand people's fear over guns. Yes, they are scary when mis-used, but the numbers support outrage over cars - not guns, they're much more deadly. I can't see how making owning a gun illegal fixes the problems. All guns used in crimes are being used by criminals, if it's illegal to own guns, only criminals would own them....and we still haven't solved anything.
8. For someone who's whole campaign is about change - living in the past cannot effect change. Just one time, layout how you will change things, Barrack. Not that you want 150 million electric cars, but how you intend to do that. Give me something...before I have to end all my sentences with eh.

The emmys
are on, & Kristin & I don't care, but I've learned how to blog, so I sense the importance of informing you, the reader, about what I care about. So there you have it, I don't care about the emmys, actors are people we like because they pretend to be someone else. There you have it, an opinion from me, you're welcome :)
Because it's never too early
Carter and I went to his first football game yesterday (a blowout by the way, 56-14, sorry New Mexicans). It was great fun, though it made me sorry, here I am at my age attending my first tail-gate party, I have been so culturally deprived!! But, I shall fix the problem with the next generation, me & Carter are getting season tickets!!
This is my trial partner, Deanna. Carter is without a doubt, the most popular kid at my school.
